Decisões do dia á dia.

O mundo andar á volta, tremores e suores frios... É.

Nessas alturas preciso de me recolher no ninho.
E rodeio-me de tudo que me faz sentir bem. Fisica e psicologicamente.

We all go through phases where we have to make decisions.
Some are easy and light.
Decisions of the day by day.
But from time to time there are some that are vital for a future.
Adjustments in the direction. And they bear anxiety. Restlessness. Uncertainty about whether the step we are taking will have safe ground.
All normal.
But at that time we should reduce the background noise to hear ourselves. What we want. If we are prepared. If we are aware of the risks and still think it is worth it.

I'm very sensitive to anxiety. Severe anxiety. The heart sometimes misgoverns just like wild horse galloping across the chest, it looks like everything will end at that precise moment.
The world spins around, i tremble and get cold sweats ... Yeap.

At these times i need to collect in my nest.
And surround myself with everything that makes me feel good. Physically and psychologically.
Our house must really be our safe port. And over time I realize how important it is the place around us. The colors, textures, and very importantly the smell.
Little by little my house is a place at my image.
Light colors always. The minimum possible organization for who have two children. And the smell that even my children recognize as our home.
In the days that i feel down, flowers at home always animate.
I believe in the visual effect of what surrounds us.
I have spoken several times in Mama Watters, despite already knowing the benefits of essential oils, i revive the good it does me.
My favorites are lavender and lemon. In a flask with water, i add about 10 drops (the amount depends on the amount of water) of essential oil.
Then just use whenever you need.
I spray the pillow before bed .. My kids no longer go without this smell at bedtime for example.
I put a bit in the bathroom before the bath. Or towel. There is one thousand ways you can use it.
I get an immediately sense of well being. Of calm.
And then I feed all the other senses.
I turn to words. Words that inspire me or to take me to another world or another life to take the mind of the subject that is hammering me.
And depending on the moment, silence is good.

When silence is deafening, music makes the intended effect. The heartbeat will move to the music, not the anxiety.
