Calor de pé descalço, de banho de mangueira, de brincadeiras com baldes de água, de despreocupação onde só carregamos o peso da t-shirt e chapéu.
O gelado a meio da tarde, os jantares tardios até o por do sol.
As manhãs á beira mar á espera do mano que foi velejar antecedem os finais de tarde em que se desliga do mundo, do ruído, da tv e se entra no mundo muito mais rico dos livros e dos desenhos.
Tem sido tão raros estes momentos, que os saboreio demoradamente. Forço o coração a desacelarar, a mente a estar presente, e pratico a gratidão.

Finally the warmth of summer.
Barefoot heat, hose bath, play with buckets of water, carefree only carrying the weight of the t-shirt and hat.
The ice cream in the middle of the afternoon, the late dinners until sunset.
Mornings by seaside waiting for big brother that was sailing precede the late afternoon when the world turns off, the noise, the tv and we enter the much richer world of books and drawings.
Has been so rare these moments that i savor them with time. I force the heart to decelerate, the mind to be present, and i practice gratitude.
