A coisa mais inteligente que fiz por mim há uns 3 anos e uns trocos, foi pedir ajuda.
Tentei sozinha. Tentei. Mas foi tão doloroso e debilitante, que rapidamente vi que sem ajuda nunca iria crescer, evoluir, melhorar.
Quanto mais pessoas conheço e quanto mais vivo, mais vejo que somos e queremos todos o mesmo.
Podemos "pedir" de diferentes formas, mas todos queremos amor, ser amadas e amar, sermos valorizadas e reconhecidas. Queremos que nos vejam.
Quanto mais vivo mais necessidade tenho de me sentir ligada. Conectada. Comigo e com os outros.
Sem os outros não somos ninguém.
O que a mãe mais me diz é: nenhum homem é uma ilha.
Estou numa fase da vida novamente que para crescer preciso de ajuda.
Preciso de outros. E espero ajudar também outros.
Mais e mais é claro que não dou conta das encomendas sozinha.
Tenho o prato cheio, eu sei. E o mais inteligente que posso fazer por mim neste momento, e mais uma vez, é reconhecer que preciso de ajuda. Olhar medos de frente e ir.

The smartest thing I ever did for myself about 3 years ago was asking for help.
I tried alone. I tried. But it was so painful and debilitating, that i quickly saw that without help i would never grow, evolve, improve.
The more people i know and the more i live, the more I see that we are and we want all the same.
We can "ask" in different ways, but all we want is love, be loved and to love, to be valued and recognized. We all want to be seen.
The more i live the more i feel the need to be connected. With myself and with others.
We are nobody without the other.
What my mama tells me more often is: no man is an island.
I'm at a stage of my life that to grow, again, i need help.
I need others. And I also hope to help others.
More and more it is clear that I can not handle the orders alone.
I have a full plate, I know. And the most intelligent thing that i can do for me right now, and once again, it is to recognize that i need help.
