Sexta-feira. Dia de preparar o ninho para o fim de semana. Numa das incursões á garagem da minha avó encontrei peças lindas, que as hormonas da adolescência não me permitiam apreciar na altura mas que agora e principalmente desde que partiu, vejo com muito carinho. E são bonitas. Exemplo é este castiçal. Adoro. Rechear a casa com o novo e o velho, com memórias, com peças com significado, torna o lar muito mais acolhedor, e isso mesmo.. um lar.
Arrumar a casa com a Adele. Tem muito mais piada. Ontem foi a ouvir esta. 
ah... e malhas e malhas.

Friday. Nesting my home for the weekend. In one of my trips to my grandma's garage i've found some beautiful pieces. I didn't appreciate them when i was younger, but now i look at them with different eyes. So beautiful. Like this candlestick. Reconciling the new with the old. Filling your home with memories, meaningful pieces, makes your home cozier and exactly that... a home. 
Cleaning your home with Adele's new album makes everything much interesting.

Pausa para lanche são sempre bem vindas.

Procurar receitas de outono. Passatempo preferido nos últimos tempos.

Favorite hobby. Look for autumn recipes. 

Ando em fase de ninho. Efeitos do outono talvez. agora com o frio apertar, apetece mimar a casa, espalhar as mantas, procurar receitas e pôr amor na cozinha. A minha eleição vai quase sempre para Jamie Oliver. No outono faço sempre receitas dele. A minestronne de outono é sempre um must cá me casa.
Trabalhar em casa tens imensas vantagens como alguns inconvenientes. Mas já que aqui trabalho tento fazer o melhor ambiente possível, e as pausas para lanchar são sempre muito agradáveis.

I am in this fase of nesting my home. Side effects of autumn maybe. With this cold coming in, all i want to do is looking for blankets, look for recipes and put some love in the kitchen. in the autumn i always turn to Jamie Oliver for inspiration. ah.. autumn minestronne. It's a must. Look it up. 
Working at home has its advantages and some drawbacks. But since i work from here i try to make the best environment possible, both for work and for fun.
